My work features handcrafted joinery and handworked surfaces. I am inspired by the restrained lines in Shaker and Federal furniture. I build functional pieces that tend toward these traditions.

I have been working wood in Vermont since 1989. I build furniture and farm with my family in Brattleboro, Vermont.
