I trained at Kirby Studios from 1978-81 in North Bennington, Vermont. From 1981 to the present I have accumulated extensive experience in custom design and building of cabinetry and furniture in Southwestern Vermont and also for the NYC market. I take seriously listening to client concerns and their functional needs. My designs marry traditional constructions to contemporary materials, methods, and needs: the whole enlivened by a harmony of contrasts in form, line, pattern, and color.
