My
woodworking career began in 1979 at a boatyard in Friendship, Maine
and continued for five plus years at Thos. Moser Cabinetmakers.
Since January of 1987 I have been on my own making custom furniture
in a wide variety of styles. My best selling items have been Shaker
inspired pieces. I have put these together on my website (www.jasbecker.com)
and you can see them by clicking on the "Ming Shaker Line" icon.
Soon I will have a separate website for this small but expanding
"Line" of furniture. Check back here from time to time, or at www.jasbecker.com;
there will be a link when it comes on-line.
Please
do not feel limited to " what you see." More than half my business
is one-of-a-kind work. Indeed many of the Ming Shaker items pictured
were the result of custom requests. I would be happy to work with
